Father James Phalan, C.S.C. is pictured at the right just before the rosary service took place at Blessed Brother Andre Chapel located at Brafoyaw, Ghana, West Africa. James had just arrived in the country by way of India.

The service attracted different groups from around the area and as far as fifteen miles away in Salt Pond. A few people were on the outside veranda looking into chapel since it was overflowing with the crowd.

Chairs had to be continually added in the beginning to help with the overflow.Brother Stephen Aidoo, C.S.C. enjoying the moment before the rosary service begins. Stephen was one of the brothers who helped to set up the event. He was also the interpreter from English to Fanti.
Holy Cross Choir formed by the youth who live nearbySome of these ladies came all the way from Salt Pond to joining the rosary service. This is about a 45 minutes drive East of Brafoyaw.
