General Construction Trades Overview
Carpentry, electrical trades, floor laying, bricklaying, masonry, . . . there are so many options.
You know you want to learn construction but may be you dont know which area is the best match for your
strengths and abilities.
In this program you do it all!
You will learn blueprint reading, concrete forming, brick and block masonry, wall, stair, roof, ceiling and
sub-floor framing, dry wall installation, flooring, trimming and painting, roofing, door, window, siding, and gutter
installation,
heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems maintenance, plumbing fixture, supply line, drain and
vent installation.

Overview
The mark of a skilled automotive technician is the ability to diagnose mechanical, fuel and electrical problems;
and complete necessary repairs in a minimal amount of time. Discover the possibilities in store for you in this
exciting program.
You will learn to inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair wheels, tires, and brakes.
Tune ups, engine overhauls, diagnostic testing equipment, carburetion, starter, fuel, governor, throttle, engine,
ignition, electrical and fuel systems are also covered.
Students have the opportunity to take National Vocational and Technical Institute(NVTI) Exams
This program is patterned after carpentry apprenticeship programs and adheres to the national vocational training code.
Students also have the opportunity to earn NVTI certificates
