Cooking with Basil is ready!  Actually, our Holy Cross Family cookbook project celebrating Father Moreau’s beatification has been completed since September 13, but I needed some extra time to fine tune the layout and design for production.  Since none of the national publishing companies picked up the publication (I don’t understand why not?) the work has been formatted onto a CD.  The CD is organized in a user friendly fashion with each of the six sections having its recipes in its own file.  The CD also includes files with division pages for each section, a front page, a list of recipe contributors, a table of contents, a foreword, and even files with a cookbook cover and binding in case you decide to print your own copy to keep in a “vue” ring binder.
