In the United States, the Brothers of the Congregation of Holy Cross are divided into three autonomous provinces. Each provinces of Brothers corresponds to three geographical areas of the country:

• Midwest Province - the Midwestern States
• Eastern Province - the Eastern and Mid Atlantic States
• South-West Province - the Southern Plains and Western States
